Who we are

ClinicDaddy is a marketing platform operated by Think Bullish. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to clinicdaddy.com and from clinics who use the platform.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo we collect your name, email, phone number, clinic name, and anything else you enter in our forms.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information.
• Advertising identifiers. If you arrive from an ad, we may receive campaign parameters (such as utm_source or click identifiers) so we can attribute the visit.

How we use it

• To contact you about the demo you requested, by email, phone, and text message.
• To provide, operate, and improve the platform.
• To measure advertising performance and improve our campaigns.

Messaging consent

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone and SMS about your request. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about an active account.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us run the platform — including hosting, email delivery, telephony, analytics, and advertising platforms — and only so they can perform work for us. We may disclose information where required by law.

Client and patient data

When a clinic uses ClinicDaddy, that clinic controls the contact data it puts into the platform and we process it on the clinic's behalf. Clinics are responsible for having the right permissions for the people they contact. If you are a clinic with regulatory obligations regarding health information, contact us before sending any protected health information through the platform so we can confirm what is appropriate for your account.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond as required by applicable law.
