Agreement

These terms govern your use of the ClinicDaddy website and platform, operated by Think Bullish. By using the site or the service you agree to them.

The service

ClinicDaddy provides marketing software for clinics, including advertising management, creative generation, landing pages and funnels, booking, automated follow-up by email and text, call analysis, and reporting. Features change over time as we improve the product.

Subscription and billing

• The platform is billed at 99 per month, per location, with no setup fee and no annual contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Advertising spend is separate. Money you spend on advertising is paid to the advertising platform (for example Meta) on your own account and is not part of your ClinicDaddy subscription.
• Usage of AI features beyond the amount included in your plan is billed as metered usage.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated, such as an applicable money-back guarantee.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you publish and the messages you send through the platform, and for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact the people you contact.
• You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including those governing advertising, email, and text messaging.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own practice, services, and results.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors we do not control, including your offer, market, pricing, budget, and how your team handles leads. Any figures we publish describe past aggregate performance and are not a promise of the results you will achieve.

Not medical or legal advice

The service is a marketing tool. Nothing we provide is medical, legal, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for the clinical and regulatory compliance of your practice and your advertising.

Intellectual property

We own the platform and its software. You own your own brand assets and the content you supply, and you keep the marketing assets we generate for you. You grant us permission to use your content as needed to run the service for you.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified to you.
